●          Managing Business Requirements for Banks Solutions in conformity with US GAAP guidance to suffice the need of Controllers, CFOs, and COOs of US & Canadian Banks to define system requirements, potential solutions under said framework and filling up gaps between source data and enterprise results with a single, integrated risk & financial solution. 
●          Performing Analysis and Research for US GAAP guidance related to Loan Accounting, Valuation / Reserving & Reporting and building out business requirement documents for interested audiences including developers, testers, client servicing, Implementation and Sales group helping Banks building up their own loan accounting system. 
●          Managing and supporting complete loan portfolio accounting for Banks including CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss), FAS-91(Fee Amortization), FAS-15(Troubled Debt Restructuring), FAS-65(Accounting for HFS), FAS-159(Fair Value Options), Non-Accrual Accounting, REOs, S0P03(Purchased Credit Impaired), FAS-141R(Impairment Testing), FAS-5/ FAS-114 (Reserve Accounting), forecasting and other SEC & Call Report Disclosures requirements, etc. 
●          Prioritization of the UAT / Production bugs, improvements and other feature for clients as a Product Owner and determining their timelines and scope / phases. 
●          Managing & assisting banks through a platform in building up their financial statement disclosures. 
●          Owning the release deliverable for clients along with Project Management group to make sure all priorities are delivered to clients as per given timelines. 
●          Managing and updating all Product Help Desk, Manuals for clients to make sure that documentations reflect as of state of the Product to enable self-sufficient clients to use it plus leveraging product demos for clients. 

●          Successfully completed engagements of manufacturing, trading, banks, mutual funds, modaraba, leasing, brokerage, exchange, hotel and funds management companies. 
●          Managed various statutory audit and other engagements as a project by determining the definition of the strategy with the engagement manager and partner and its execution in compliance with KPMG policies and protocols regardless of size. 
●           Communicated and liaised with audit clients over audit requirements, audit finalization deadlines, service charter, audit deliverables, financial statements and relevant disclosure requirements, IS audit, Internal Audit functioning, Management reports and requirements. 
●          Assessed internal controls of various entities to identify system deficiencies and recommended the adoption of the best practices to the senior management. 
●          Managed projects, prepared work-plan, followed-up on project’s daily activities, ensured quality assurance of client deliverables, resolved project issues, reviewed the work of subordinate staff and ensured deadlines are met. At any given time, I managed multiple clients and around 20+ audit professionals.
